Honey Bee Photography Pricing Guide

the Investment Information page. Here
you will find my session creation fees and printed product information. I offer many different types of sessions and
printing options. Please read thoroughly
and be sure to contact me to ask questions about moving forward with your
portrait session.
No Frills Sessions
No Frills
Sessions are for those who just want a few photographs done of the family
(youngest child must be at least 6 months old) (Up to 5 people) in-studio, and
basic digital images that can be printed up to a 5x7 portrait. It’s super easy, just call to make the
reservation, show up for your half hour session, look at your images right
away, choose your favorite 5 images, and then go home to wait for your Dropbox
link. Minor enhancing is done to your
images. Flat price of $199.
To have
enhancements done, including skin-softening, it is $30 per image. You get to
choose which ones you want completely enhanced!
Family Session Creation Pricing
I offer five
options for family portrait sessions.
You are welcome to pick and choose, or opt for the “Big Honey Family
Session”.
1. Obviously the session is the number 1 option
for doing family sessions. Family
sessions start at $50 for 3 people for an hour in-studio. They start at $75 for on-location
sessions. My sessions include direction
and entertainment, so an hour of fun with me is really worth the money!
2. Option 2 is a full consultation with
the family at their home, and this takes about 30-60 minutes. Here I get to
know the family without the pressure of working with them in a dry way. Some kids might be shy in my studio, but if
they get to show me their favorite toy at home first, they will most likely be
excited to come to the studio to play with Miss Megan. This is also good for family members who are
not quite as excited about having family portraits as you, the mom, might
be. To add this option, it is $50.
3. Option 3 is a Skype or FaceTime
consultation for 20 minutes. This allows
us to “meet” face to face if time or availability is limited. This is similar to the full
consultation. To add this option, it is
$20.
4. Option 4 is unlimited texting and
phone calls when clients are shopping and need extra help with choosing
outfits, etc. This option is $10.
5. Option 5 is an in-person Proofing
Session at the studio. This is when you
see all of your images and make your order.
This option is $25.
6. Option 6 is an in-person Proofing
Session at your home. This is when you
get to see your images in person and make your order at your home. This option
is $50.
7. Option 7 is a watermarked gallery
with small, low-resolution images with watermarks. You can opt for this in lieu of seeing your
images in person, or in addition to Options 5 and 6. This option is $20.
8. Option 8 is one of the most important
options. This option includes me coming
to your home or office and helping you to frame and arrange your portraits in
your display, and mixing your new artwork with family favorites. This option is $50.
9. Option 9 is the “Big Honey Family
Session”. It includes the
following: a full consultation,
unlimited text and phone calls, your family session, your in-person Proofing
Session at the Studio, and helping you to arrange a flattering display at your
home or office. Valued at $185-205
(depending on where your session is held), you can get the “Big Honey Family
Session” for only $125-$145.––
Other Sessions
I offer many
different kinds of sessions. Family,
children’s, Childhood Dreams sessions, Limited Edition Seasonal sessions,
Pin-Up, Blanc Boudoir, Starlet, and our Bumps and Babies. Please give me a call at 240-245-0416 for
further details about what kind of session you want to do.
Children’s Sessions are an hour long for up to 4
children, either in-studio or on-location.
Included in your session is a break, if needed, and plenty of props
in-studio. Furniture and props are
brought to on-location sessions for endless possibilities. Session fees start
at $50.
Childhood Dreams sessions are our most fun sessions
for children ages 7 months to 7 years.
We provide basic costumes for Ballet Babies and Little Flyers, and of
course we have beautiful sets for your children to play and have fun while
having fine art portraits done. The
session fee for up to 3 children in this 20 minute session is $59, and includes
a 5x7 portrait. These are done on event
days, so look for the dates as we announce them. You can also do these as a
Portrait Party. Call for details.
Limited Edition Seasonal Sessions are sessions that we do for
Spring/Easter, the Autumn, and Winter.
Chicks ‘n’ Bunnies are sweet with realistic chicks and bunnies in a
little barnyard type of set in our studio.
Fall Leaves are held strictly on-location in October when the leaves are
vibrant in color, and we have very special props for those. For Christmas, we offer the Santa Baby
sessions, where Dad dresses up in a Santa costume and is photographed waist
down, interacting with the kids in a Night Before Christmas theme.

Bumps and Babies is our 2-step program. The
first step is the maternity session and the newborn session. A Bumps Session is an hour long session, with
Mom by herself or with Dad and older siblings.
I do a variety of poses and it takes only an hour. A Newborn session (baby is 2-14 days old) has
recently been reduced to a 2 hour session, and can be the whole family and the
baby by him or herself. These go really
fast, so be prepared to go when you arrive for your session. Each of these sessions are $99, but purchase
both and pay only $179.
The second
step is a Bump and Baby plan.
Features:
-1 maternity
session and 4 sessions that you can use throughout the first year of the baby’s
life.
-Bump session, Newborn session, 4-6 month session,
9 month session, and SMASH birthday cake for the one year old session!
-You receive
a beautiful 8x10 portrait from each session, PLUS a lovely 16x20 panel collage
at the end of the year depicting all 5 stages (all prints come from the Noble
investment line).
-Each
session is one hour long (the newborn session is 2 hours long).
Benefits:
-Each time
you come in, your baby has grown and developed.
Let’s capture that with using the same prop(s) starting with the newborn
session.
-You don’t
have to bring the cake, it’s provided for you!
-You receive
your favorite image for the 8x10 portrait.
The 16x20 panel is our special gift to you to commemorate your baby’s
first year.
-There is
plenty of time to take breaks and use up to 3 outfits!
Valued at
$839, available for $749. We offer a 3
month long payment plan (of equal payments of $249.66 each).
Making reservations for sessions
Features:
-Sessions
are done from early morning to 2 pm, whether in-studio or on-location. -Travel is free up to a 15 mile radius of the
studio’s location. Sixteen miles or more is $.65/mile, determined by Mapquest
or Google Maps.
-Evening appointments are determined with a reservation made at least 2 weeks
in advance.
Benefits:
-Young
children are often best early in the morning.
I can photograph you as early as 7 am in the summer-time.
-There are
many beautiful and hidden areas right around Bowie. Some on-location spots may require a permit
and even payment to be allowed to photograph.
-Some
families with older children may only be available in the evenings, and this
helps my clients to plan ahead and clear their calendars.
Ways to Pay
We accept cash,
checks, and Master Card, Visa and Discover.
There is a credit card convenience fee of $3.00 per every $100
purchased. If your purchase or balance is
under $100, there is still a $3.00 convenience fee. For example, if you have a purchase of $59
(like a session fee), $3.00 will be added.
If you purchase a package of $109, $6.00 is added. Tax is added to all product purchases unless
it is a digital package. Shipping is
added as well, as I use a professional print house in Missouri.
For
purchases of $500 or more, we offer a payment plan at no extra charge, with the
exception of using the credit card fees as explained above. Please ask for details.

prefer, either the Canvas texture or the Linen texture. The Royal Investment Pricing also includes a
beautiful high resolution image of each print you purchase, perfect for social
